I was recently remembering my driving days with the SPF.
I remember puncturing a brand new tyre of a police car when it
scrapped against the curb.
But was atrocious when driving the van. I remember telling
a friend last week. There was this one time, my a regular ASP
decides to hitch a ride on the police van I was driving.
There was a long queue turning right, so instead, I drove to the
very front, using the middle lane and turned from there when the
lights turn green.
The ASP was so stunned! It was a expression I can only
laugh. I didnt realise that I can still shocked some old
veterans.
But surprisingly, I park real well with a van. A few times
I parked police vans in various locations........the boys or plain
clothes officers with me always remarked that my reverse parking is
perfect!
And ermm....one time driving a police car and parking and
reversing from a tight dead end at the carpark at Adams Road was
good enough that two other police car drivers was commenting
that though they cant see me from the seat...I handled the
tricky driving real well.
I thought in those mata chias can sort of ba long long ? ... cos
people always give way to mata chias ?" ...
